The Bury Sports Centre

Our fantastic Sports Centre was completed in 2015 and officially opened by Jason Gardener, Olympic Gold Medallist and President (Elect) UK Athletics. The Sports Centre is available for hire as a training venue, or for sporting fixtures. It is also available for corporate or private event hire such as birthday parties, reunions, workshops, or courses. The facility provides; A spacious sports hall, dedicated Fitness Centre, function/conference facilities, kitchen and servery and four changing rooms all equipped with showers and lockers. On site parking is available when using our facilities.

Swimming Pool

Prior is pleased to provide public access to our swimming pool from January 2023. To book a session please click on the link below to see availability. We do not offer memberships, all sessions are pay as you go. You will need appropriate swimwear and a towel, swimming hats are recommended. All sessions offered for public swimming will be supervised by a Roal Lifesaving Society qualified lifeguard. Adult swimmers must be able to swim 100 metres comfortably. Water is heated to a comfortable 29 degrees and treated with modern chemical methods.

Sports Hall -  £45 per hour
Swimming Pool - £45 per hour
Fitness Suite - £30 per hour
Astro - From £50 per hour
Tennis courts - £10 per court per hour
Cricket pitch  - £110 (Homemade match teas also available) 
Football/Rugby pitch - £60 (Includes access to changing rooms) 
Netball court - £25 (Includes access to changing rooms)
