The Crucible production got off to a strong start on Wednesday evening, in front of an audience of students, staff and parents in the Julian Slade Theatre.
Arthur Miller's well known play about the Salem Witch Trials was ably acted by a range of students from F4 upwards. Maia Campbell-Lewis (U5) gave a passionate performance as Elizabeth Proctor, and Gabriel Deasy (L6) capably portrayed the snake-like Reverend Parris.
The energy and enthusiasm put in by the cast made for an electric atmosphere, and with just two more performances scheduled for Thursday and Friday, this is a performance not to be missed.
Although selling out fast, tickets are still available from the College Reception or Box Office Here.
