About Us
Prior Park Bath offers a bespoke service for all Wedding couples. Exclusive occasions, we host just one wedding a weekend, with a maximum of just twenty weddings per year. We have time to get to know each couple personally, ensuring service and style meets expectation every time. There is a choice of rooms available for dining, drinks, and entertainment, with the private estate ensuring you have your choice of photo locations on the day. If there is a better view of Bath on a sunny day, we have yet to see it!
Viewings are available seven days a week, with evenings and weekend visits welcomed.

As well as our many existing venues, marquees can be constructed on our level Terraces which can be linked directly to our kitchens.
Menu ideas can be provided, for couples with their own ideas these are very welcome and can be discussed in person with our Head Chef.
Our Venues
Our Lady of the Snows Chapel
Our beautiful Chapel is available for those couples who wish to celebrate their wedding according to the rules and requirements of the Roman Catholic Church. Built in the mid 19th century photos cannot do the beauty of The Chapel justice.
The Mansion Hall
The impressive entrance hall is the perfect place to enjoy a drinks reception. Entered by an arched doorway, the spacious hall leads through to a substantial portico supported by Corinthian columns. From the portico there is a wonderful view of the Palladian Bridge set in the valley leading down to Bath. There is an elaborate outer stairway leading up to the original Mansion front door.
The Academy Hall
The Academy Hall spans the length of the building corresponding with the Mansion entrance hall below and can seat up to 120 people. The room is decorated with fine hand-worked decorative plasterwork panels and pilasters. The two central doorways are flanked by Corinthian columns and topped by an ornate frieze. Three chandeliers hang from the coved ceiling, whilst the room itself offers fantastic views over Bath.
John Wood Chapel
Situated to the east side of the Mansion Hall, this room is used for musical performances and as a meeting venue. The interior was beautifully designed by John Wood the Elder. There is a feature full-height wall to the right, decorated predominantly with two tiers of columns - Corinthian columns above and Ionic columns below which are arranged around a false pedimented doorway (the apse). Above the apse is a large ornately decorated dome. There is a raised viewing gallery to the left as you enter the room and a central chandelier hangs from the vaulted ceiling.
The BSR
The BSR is a large hall which provides oppertunity to create a unique space for your special occasion. Working with our regular suppliers the room can be lined and styled to your preferences, providing a great unobstructed space for dinners and dance floors for up to 200 guests.
The Dining Hall
The Dining Hall seats up to 150 people. This room is used by the College as its main refectory, so is ideally situated close to all amenities for banqueting. The interior, a long gallery, has changed very little over the years, it has half panelling to the interior walls, and on the window side it looks out across the valley to Bath. Alternatively the Dining Hall offers plenty of room for dancing.
