Parents of Prior organise events to help parents, guardians, staff and friends of Prior Park College feel part of the community. Funds raised in the process go towards the benefit of pupils at Prior Park College. We are most grateful for the generosity of time and talent given by its members.

POP is run entirely by volunteers and would welcome parents to join them on a regular basis or to lend a hand at events. If you are interested, POP would be delighted to hear from you, email pop@parentsofprior.uk

• Prior Knowledge is our weekly (normally Friday's) e-letter to parents that includes the Headmaster's summary of our latest successes and upcoming events.

If you would like your child to take music lessons, please complete the Music Lesson Form and return to the College. 

• The Uniform Shop stocks a large amount of donated clothing from parents and is an excellent way of getting new or extra clothing for school and sports activities. All money raised is for the benefit of the children at PPC.
• If you would like to donate clothing, please leave the items at Reception. 
• The uniform shop opens at least once a half term, see the weekly Prior Knowledge email for details.

POP run a number of events throughout the year, and we will publicise these in Prior Knowledge as well as on our social media accounts.

• Our school uniform supplier, John Moore Sports, runs an appointment only system in store between July - September. Our appointment system applies to both new and existing pupils. In order to book an appointment, please phone on 01225 466341, or click this link take you to their online booking system.
• You can also purchase your school uniform and or sports equipment online  www.johnmooresports.co.uk

• Unless there is a heavy snowfall we aim to keep the school open, although a limited service may be available. 

• If snow falls during the night, we will state whether the school is open or closed on our website homepage by 6:30am. Parents will also be advised by email.

• If the school day is in session and extreme weather hits, we will keep all students safe and maintain classroom activities. We will provide an update on the website and text or email parents.
