Evening and Weekend Activities

Our boarders have the opportunity to get involved in evening activities throughout the week. Most Co Curricular activities are on-site and provide boarders with extra musical, creative, sport and health opportunities. Boarders will also do Prep throughout the week in their Houses. 

Prior Park run a  full weekend activity programme. Saturday Active is held every week and boarders can sign up to a different activity every term. There are over 25 courses to choose from and include sailing, computer programming, golf, craft club, street dance, archery, cookery, extra English and basketball. On Sunday, members of the Prior Park staff run activities or trips which range from cultural and active experiences to opportunities for retail therapy! Our full boarders have enjoyed day trips to the seaside, theme park outings, ice skating, cultural trips and an afternoon of zorbing and human pin-ball.

Each boarding house will also run its own special evenings throughout the year which include pizza nights, film nights, BBQ's, quiz nights. Students are also encouraged to come up with their own ideas, for example, our Russian students put on an evening of Russian culture (incorporating singing, history, art and food) with money raised from the ticket sales going to the school charities.
