We recognise that military life can be demanding and often involves upheaval, so we understand why many Forces families enjoy the structure and stability that a boarding school can offer.At Prior Park, we do all we can to make boarding a life enhancing experience, where students benefit from being able to develop strong friendships and independence in a home-from-home environment.
The school’s primary aim is to provide a genuine all-round education and whilst academic endeavour remains at the school’s core, we encourage our students to embrace all the opportunities on offer – acting and singing in first class performances; competing for their team; producing impressive works in art and design; leading our Charities work.
Our location offers an exceptional environment for students to study, play and live. Set in 57 stunning acres and just a mile from the centre of Bath, our boarders can benefit from both vibrant city life and peaceful countryside surroundings. Bath is within easy reach of South West military bases and has excellent transport links to London, making it an ideal location for families stationed overseas.
Prior Park has both teaching and boarding staff who have previously served in the armed forces and who understand the complexities of military life. They would be happy to discuss any aspect of life at Prior with prospective families.
HM Forces parents, in receipt of the CEA Allowance, receive 15% off full boarding fees.
For day students, Prior Park is pleased to offer a 10% Serving HM Forces discount. We also offer flexibility should family circumstances require a child to quickly move from day to boarding.
Please note that where a scholarship or other discount is awarded, the school reserves the right to subsume the scholarship/discount into the Forces discount.
