Art Scholars trip to Holburne Museum

Art Scholars paid a visit to the Holburne Museum to see the iconic Hockney painting Mr & Mrs Clark and Percy. After gaining a fascinating insight into the construction of the painting and its symbolism, students had the opportunity to draw from two models, directing them to create various fictional scenarios through use of poses, expressions and props. For many students this was their first opportunity to work directly from a model; nevertheless, the standard of drawing was very impressive!
